It was great to hear from the person on the other side of the leadership transition story, the one leaving the role. We also heard how different the two transitions that Dave experienced were, taking on the church from his dad and then 25 years later handing it to Ben. We also got a glimpse of what's next for Dave and his passion for helping to develop leaders.
