Mark is an experienced church leader and Bible teacher with a passion to make Scripture accessible and life-giving for everyone. He has pioneered church plants and led growing churches in Bicester, Letchworth, Birmingham and London, developing strong leadership teams in each setting.
Through Insight Ministries, Mark now serves pastors and church leaders by offering encouragement, leadership development and practical insight for ministry.
He is the author of The Pastor’s Soul Care, written especially for local church leaders.
Mark often expresses his ministry philosophy with a simple phrase: “My ministry is to serve your ministry.”

Archie is the Vicar of Holy Trinity Brompton. Before entering ministry, he worked in sales and later served as HTB's Associate Vicar for several years.
In 2009, he and a pioneering team moved to Brighton to revitalise St Peter's Church, transforming it from a struggling church into a flourishing church that planted numerous other churches across the region.
