Each month we focus on a particular leadership topic. In February it was the Character of a Leader, in March it will be A Leader's Competence, and in April we will look at Leaders & Culture.
In today's episode, your podcast hosts, Jonny Clarke and Julian Clark, discuss these three Cs of Christian Leadership.
For us, the 3 C's form part of our Introduction to Christian Leadership and help us discover potential leaders in our setting.
The 3 C's are:
