Welcome to the Leadership Community Podcast.

In today's episode, we have a conversation with Dave Wade, Senior Pastor of Bridge Church, Lincoln, UK. He has led there since 2005.
Dave is also a lecturer at Mission Dei, The Assemblies of God Bible College, and serves in the leadership development area of AoG GB.
Dave is married to Sian. They have 3 children and are also registered foster carers.
This conversation is the first in a series focused on Leadership Goals. This time of year is often the time we reflect on what has been and look ahead to the next 12 months.
Our first conversation in this series is on being a growing leader, and we talked with Dave about the following:
Why this particular goal is important for every leader
How does he focus on his personal growth
The areas he looks to grow in
Why does he think some people don't look to keep growing as a leader
How growing as a leader has helped him
And much more
We really enjoyed this conversation, and we hope you will too.
Thank you for being a part of our community. We look forward to sharing more leadership insights with you in the future!
